Diabetické onemocnění ledvin je závažnou komplikací diabetu, která může vést až k selhání ledvin. Diabetic kidney disease is a serious complication of diabetes potentially leading to renal failure. Major metabolic abnormality in diabetes is chronic hyperglycaemia which activates several pathways causing cellular damage.
