Study of novel possibilities of synthetic utilization of 3-hydroxyquinoline-2,4(1H,3H)-diones.
Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá reaktivitou a možným syntetickým využitím 3-hydroxychinolin-2,4(1H,3H)-dionů. V literární části přibližuje hlouběji dosud známé reakce těchto sloučenin. Poznatky získané z experimentů provedených autorkou zahrnují jednak oxidaci titulních sloučenin kyselinou pentahydrogenjodistou a hydrolýzu oxidačních produktů, kterými jsou N-(?-ketoacyl)anthranilové kyseliny, jednak možnost jejich …more

This diploma thesis is dealing with the reactivity and possible synthetic utilisation of 3-hydroxyquinoline-2,4(1H,3H)-diones. The reactions of mentioned compounds, which have been known until now, are reviewed in the literature search section.
