Anotácia:

Ve své bakalářské práci na téma Historie a vývoj četnictva od roku 1848 do 30. let 20. století v proměnách habsburské monarchie jsem se snažila přiblížit vznik a vývoj těchto bezpečnostních složek v monarchii, posléze v Rakousko-Uhersku a za první republiky. První kapitola stručně popisuje historii policie od roku 1774 do roku 1918 pro lepší návaznost na téma celé práce. Ve druhé kapitole jsem popsala úplné začátky jednání, které předcházely vzniku a zavedení četnictva v monarchii. Třetí kapitola přibližuje vznik ministerstva vnitra, pod které četnictvo, až na menší pauzy, nepřetržitě patřilo. Organizaci četnictva v monarchii, posléze v Rakousko-Uhersku a v první republice popisuje čtvrtá kapitola. Náplní páté a šesté kapitoly je historie obcí Ořechov a Modřice, ve kterých se za první republiky nacházely četnické stanice. Uvedla jsem zde jména velitelů stanic a mužstva. Pro zpestření jsem přidala i pár případů, které se na území stanic udály. Poslední sedmá kapitola zmiňuje využití koní u bezpečnostních jednotek.

Abstract:

The subject of my work is ‘‘The History and development of the gendarmery from 1848 to the thirties of the 20th century in transformation of habsburg monarchy“ and I tried to clarify here the origin and development of these security units in monarchy, then in Austria-Hungary and in the period of the so called first republic. The first chapter breafly describes the history of the police from 1774 to 1918 to make better connection with the topic of whole my work. In the 2nd chapter I described the very beginning of the arrangements that preceded the origin and estabilishment of the gendarmery in monarchy. The 3rd chapter deals with the origin of Home office under which the gendarmery was subordinated. The organization of the gendarmery in monarchy, in Austria-Hungary and then in the first republic is described in the 4th chapter. The subject of the 5th and 6th chapter deals with the history of the villages Ořechov and Modřice, where the gendarmery units were situated in the first republic. I introduce here the names of the commanding officers and gendarmery team. To make the information more interesting I also added several cases that happened in the area of police units. The 7th chapter is the last one and it treats of the using the horses in security units.
