Fundamental analysis of a stock company - Komerční banky, a.s.

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na ocenění akcie Komerční banky, a.s. a to na základě fundamentální analýzy. V části teoretické je popsán postup fundamentální analýzy a vhodné metody pro ohodnocení akcie banky. V praktické části jsou tyto postupy využité k výpočtu vnitřní hodnoty akcie, která pomůže při rozhodovaní, zda danou akcii koupit či ne. Cílem této diplomové práce je tedy využít fundamentální analýzy jako nástroje pro rozhodování při investování na akciových trzích.

Abstract:

This graduation theses is focused on evaluation of the stocks of the Commercial bank on the basis of the fundamental analysis. The procedure of the fundamental analysis and the suitable methods for the evaluation of the stock of the bank are described in the theoretical part of the theses. These procedures are used in the practical part to determine the inner value of the stock. This can be helpful to decide whether to buy certain stock or not. The aim of this theses is the exploitation of the fundamental analysis as the instrument for making a decision during investing in the stock market.
