Analysis of employment of disabled persons from the employer's perspective
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je zaměřená na zaměstnávání osob se zdravotním postižením z pohledu zaměstnavatele. Podstatnou částí práce je uvedení povinnosti zaměstnavatele vůči těmto osobám, tzv. povinný podíl zaměstnávání osob se zdravotním postižením. Porovnání možností plnění povinného podílu z hlediska daňového zatížení firmy.
Abstract:
Bachelor thesis is focused on employing people with disabilities from the employer´s perspective. A substantial part is about the employer´s obligations to these people. It also talks about a mandatory proportion of employment of people with disabilities. Comparison of methods to fulfill the mandatory share in terms of tax burden on businesses.
