Tato diplomová práce se zabývá právními aspekty nelegálního zaměstnávání se zaměřením na švarcsystém. This thesis deals with the legal aspects of illegal employment focusing on the svarc system. The author's goal is to evaluate its existing development and introduce solutions de lege ferenda, which could eliminate the operation of the svarc system.
