Ethnic friendly employer

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce nese název Ethnic friendly zaměstnavatel. Na začátku této práce se zaměřuji na lidská práva, jejich charakteristiku a vývoj, mezinárodní úmluvy o lidských právech a institucích na jejich ochranu. Ve druhé kapitole se věnuji vymezení pojmů postoj, stereotyp a předsudek, teorii vzniku předsudků. Cílem třetí kapitoly je popsat diskriminaci a její formy, přípustné nerovné zacházení, spojení diskriminace s menšinami a v závěru této kapitoly popisuji, proč bychom neměli diskriminovat. Další kapitola věnuje pozornost právní úpravě diskriminace v oblasti zaměstnání v právu Evropské unie a České republiky. Poslední kapitola se zabývá značkou Ethnic friendly zaměstnavatel.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis bears the name Ethnic friendly employer. At the beginning of this thesis I focuse on human rights, their characteristics and development, international human rights conventions and institutions to protect them. The second chapter is devoted to the definition of the terms attitude, stereotype and prejudice, theory of prejudice. The aim of the third chapter is to describe discrimination and it?s forms, permitted unequal treatment, discrimination in connection with minorities, and at the end of this chapter I describe why we shouldn?t discriminate. Next chapter is devoted to the legislation of discrimination in the area of employment in the European Union and the Czech Republic. The last chapter describes the brand of Ethnic friendly employer.
