Abstrakt Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem exekuce a insolvenční řízení. V teoretické části je nejprve provedena stručná historická analýza vývoje tohoto tématu. Abstract The bachelor’s thesis deals with the issues of executions (property seizure) and insolvency proceedings. The theoretical part first presents a brief historical analysis of the development of this topic. The origins go back all the way to ancient Rome.
