Strategic and Financial Analysis of Pfizer Company

Anotace:

This master thesis provides strategic and finical analysis of company Pfizer. The master thesis is divided into three parts. The first part discloses: history, structure, areas of specialization, product pipeline and geographic segmentation of the company. In second part – strategic analysis defining relevant Pfizer’s market from which it gains its revenues, company’s peer group and competitive analysis are performed. In third part, the horizontal and vertical analysis of company’s financial statements Pfizer are scrutinised, followed by ratio analysis. Results of strategic and financial analysis, are merged in SWOT analysis. Finally, forecast the estimated Pfizer’s market share is discussed.
