Hlavním cílem bakalářské práce bylo zjistit, zda ženy před porodem absolvují přípravu porodních cest, aby snížily riziko vzniku porodního poranění. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a část praktickou. V teoretické části je podrobně popsána problematika porodního poranění, jeho klasifikace, rizikové faktory, komplikace a způsob ošetření. The main aim of the bachelor´s thesis was to find out whether women are going through preterm childbirth to prepare soft birth paths to reduce the risk of birth injuries. The thesis is divided into theoretical part and practical part. The theoretical part describes in detail the issue of birth injuries, its classification, risk factors, complications and treatment.
