Abstract:
V této diplomové práci se věnujeme lineárnímu programování a jeho využití v praxi. Práce je rozčleněna do šesti kapitol. Úvodní kapitoly pokrývají stručnou historii oboru, motivační příklady a teoretické základy. Třetí kapitola je věnována simplexové metodě, a to jak jejímu odvození, tak různým situacím, které mohou při řešení úloh lineárního programování nastat.
