The Angelman and Prader-Willi Syndromes from the Medical and Genetic Aspect
Abstract:
Angelmanův a Prader Williho syndrom jsou genetická onemocnění, která se shodně váží k chromozomální aberaci na 15. chromozomu. Mají však odlišné fenotypové projevy z důvodu mikrodelece různých částí maternálního a paternálního úseku. Práce se zabývá vznikem nemoci, příčinou, její diagnostikou, léčbou a četností výskytu v České republice a zemích Evropské Unie.
Abstract:
Angelman and Prader Willi Syndrome is a genetic disorder that both bind to chromosomal aberrations on chromosome 15. However, they have different phenotypic manifestations due to microdeletion different parts of the maternal and paternal part.
