Abstract:
Tato práce se věnuje podnikání zahraniční fyzické osoby na území České republiky. Řeší otázku, jaké je po právní, účetní a daňové stránce zdanění zahraniční fyzické osoby – stálé provozovny a její aplikace v daňovém právu.
Abstract:
This work deales with enterprising of a foreign person in the territory of the Czech Republic. It answeres the question how does taxation of a foreign person – a permanent establishment looks in law, accounting and tax respect and its application in the tax law.
