The relationship between transformational leadership and labor productivity in the MLM company

Anotácia:

Předmětem diplomové práce je zkoumání vztahu mezi úrovní transformačního leadershipu a produktivitou práce v týmech multi-level marketingové (dále jen MLM) společnosti. V teoretické části jsou uvedeny definice pojmů leadership, jednotlivých stylů leadershipu, produktivita práce a multi-level marketing, které jsou dále použity v navazující empirické části. Empirická část popisuje provedený výzkum v MLM společnosti, který zkoumá úroveň transformačního leadershipu jednotlivých leaderů a produktivitu práce v jednotlivých skupinách vedených těmito leadery. Dále je analyzována závislost mezi úrovní transformačního leadershipu a produktivitou práce charakterizující daný výzkumný vzorek. Na závěr práce jsou shrnuty získané výsledky a formulováno doporučení pro leadery, které by mělo mít za následek navýšení produktivity v jejich týmech.

Abstract:

The subject of the thesis is to investigate the relationship between the level of transformational leadership and labor productivity in multi-level marketing (hereinafter MLM) company teams. In the theoretical section there are provided definitions of leadership, different leadership styles, labor productivity and MLM which are further used in the empirical part. The empirical part describes the research undertaken in MLM company that examines the level of individual leaders transformational leadership and productivity in the various groups led by those leaders. Furthermore, it analyzes the dependence between the level of transformational leadership and productivity characterizing the research sample. As the conclusion of the thesis obtained results are summarized and recommendations for the leaders are formulated which should result in an increase in the productivity of leaders teams.
