Reconstruction of Kyiv barracks in Slane on Education Centre

Abstract:

Cílem této práce je v první polovině vymezit důvody pro rekonstrukce budov, stanovit postup hodnocení stávajících konstrukcí, vyjmenovat nejčastější poruchy nosných konstrukcí a jejich sanace. V druhé polovině jsou pak na konkrétním příkladu zpracovány příklady rekonstrukcí nosných konstrukcí. Příklady těchto rekonstrukcí jsou provedeny ve stupni dokumentace pro stavební povolení v rozsahu D 1.2 - Stavebně konstrukční část. Uvedené příklady umožňují možnost výběru lepšího řešení na základě stanovených kritérií. V závěru práce je pak proveden výběr lepšího řešení a odůvodnění tohoto výběru.

Abstract:

This thesis aims in first section to identify the reasons for reconstruction, establish procedures of assessment of existing structures, name the most common defects of bearing structures and their redevelopment. In the second half are processed on a specific cases examples of reconstruction of bearing constructions. Examples of this reconstructions are processed in the level of processing documentation for building permit in the range of part D 1.2 -Building and structural part. It is possible to select based on the criteria better of named solutions. In conclusion is justified selection of better solution.
