Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá problematikou právní úpravy názvu obcí, jejich částí, ulic a veřejných prostranství, číslování budov, znaků a vlajek obcí. Na tuto problematiku je nahlíženo nejen z pohledu zákonné úpravy v podobě zákonů, ale i obecně závazných vyhlášek a judikatů soudů.
Abstract:
This thesis follows up the topic of the names of the municipalities, their parts, the names of the streets and public spaces, numbering of buildings, municipal emblems and flags. The matter is viewed not only from the perspective of the legislation, but also from the perspective of the judgements and decisions of czech courts.
