Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce je věnovaná přípravě nanočástic slitin kovů Bi-Ni, Bi-Sn, Ni-Sn, jejich charakterizaci a studiu fázových přechodů. Připravené nanočástice jsou charakterizovány z hlediska jejich tvaru a velikosti pomocí transmisní elektronové mikroskopie. Studium fázových přechodů je provedeno pomocí diferenční skenovací kalorimetrie. Naměřené výsledky jsou pak srovnávány s dostupnými fázovými …more
Abstract:
This diploma thesis is dedicated to the synthesis of nanoparticles of metal alloys specifically Bi-Ni, Bi-Sn, Ni-Sn, their characterization and studies on their phase transitions. Prepared nanoparticles are characterized by transmission electron microscopy to their shape and size. Phase transformations are studied by differential scanning calorimetry.
