Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce zkoumá proces oprav a výměn vadných dílů u velké mezinárodní společnosti zabývající se výrobou, distribucí a technickou podporou velkokapacitních telefonních ústředen. Proces Repair & Spare Parts Managementu je zkoumán pomocí metod strategického a operačního managementu a klade si za cíl identifikovat problematická místa v procesu oprav a výměn vadných dílů, nalézt způsob jak zvýšit spokojenost zákazníků a snížit náklady. V závěru práce jsou shrnuty zjištěné poznatky a je hodnoceno, zda bylo dosaženo hlavního cíle a dílčích cílů.

Abstract:

This graduation thesis is about repairing and changing process of defected parts at a big international company dealing with engineering, distribution and technical support of high-density telephone central. The process of Repair & Spare Parts Management is perused by the help of strategical and operational management methods. Its purpose is to identify problematical segments in the process of defected parts, to find the way how to improve the customers´ satisfaction and to decrease costs. At the end of this thesis there is a summary of acquired findings and an assessment whether partial and main goals have been reached.
