Tato práce je věnována důstojnosti. Snaží se stanovit možnosti a meze jejího (korektního) použití. Za tím účelem shrnuje některé možnosti chápání obsahu tohoto pojmu a zabývá se možnými formami, kterých důstojnost v právních řádech může nabývat. Abstract:
This thesis is dedicated to dignity. It tries to determine options and limits of its (correct) usage. For that purpose, it summarizes some possibilities for understanding the content of this concept and deals with possible forms that dignity may take in legal systems.
