Diplomová práce s názvem „Přímá volba starosty“ pojednává o podmínkách změny systému volby starosty obce. Ve svém úvodu se zaměřuje na objasnění významu voleb pro fungování demokratické společnosti. This thesis „Direct election of mayor“ is dealing with the conditions of change in the system of the mayoral elections in the village.
