Bakalářská práce se zabývá otázkou zaměstnávání osob, které mají ve své životní historii záznam o výkonu trestu odnětí svobody. Klade si za cíl zmapovat názory a zkušenosti zaměstnavatelů s touto oblastí a jejich ochotu zaměstnat osoby znevýhodněné na pracovním trhu svou trestní minulostí. The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of employment of persons who have a record of serving a prison sentence in their life history. It aims to map employers' views and experiences in this area and their willingness to employ disadvantaged people in the labour market through their criminal history.
