Analysis of teambuilding from the point of supply and demand

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá pojmem teambuilding. Práce je rozčleněná na tři části, a to na teoretickou, analytickou část. V teoretické části autorka charakterizuje typy cestovního ruchu, do kterých se může teambuilding zařadit, nadále pokračuje s vymezením pojmu teambuilding, jeho funkcemi, typy a vzniku. Nakonec autorka rozlišuje pracovní skupinu od pracovního týmu, vysvětluje pojem tým, jaké jsou jeho funkce a uvádí jednotlivé typy týmů a týmových rolí. V analyticé části autorka zkoumá nabídku a pomocí dotazníkového šetření analyzuje poptávku po teambuildingových akcích. Zjišťuje, proč se tyto kurzy nevyužívají, jaké jsou představy firem a s tím spojené finance, které by vynaložily. V návrhové části, autorka nabízí své návrhy ke zlepšení situace a podává návrh na vytvoření teambuildingového programu, vycházející z analýzy.

Abstract:

The bachelor dissertation deals with the concept of teambuilding. The work is divided into three parts, the theoretical, analytical and design part. In the theoretical part, the author describes the types of tourism to which may include teambuilding, continues with the definition of the concept of teambuilding, its functions, types and origin. Finally, the author distinguishes a working group from the team, explains the concept of team, what are its features and lists the various types of teams and team roles. In the analytical part the author examines the supply and with the help of questionnaires analyzes demand for teambuilding. Figuring out why these courses are not used, what are the ideas of companies and related finance, which would have made. In the design part, the author offer his suggestions to improve the situation and makes proposal for the creation of teambuilding program, based on analysis.
