Risk Assessment of the Transport of Compressed Gases in Pressured Cylinders/Bottles

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce řeší problematiku posouzení rizik při přepravě stlačených plynů v tlakových lahvích. V práci jsou uvedeny základní právní předpisy a pojmy související s přepravou těchto plynů v tlakových lahvích, zásady jejich bezpečné přepravy a zásady, které by každý dopravce či jakákoliv osoba manipulující s těmito tlakovými lahvemi, měla znát. Posouzení rizik, zaměřených na problematiku přepravy stlačených plynů v tlakových lahvích je řešené pomocí metod KARS a polokvantitativní metody PNH. S využitím karto-grafické vizualizace přepravy stlačených plynů v tlakových lahvích je zde uveden návrh redukce vybraných rizik a odstranění příčin ohrožení osob, kritické infrastruktury a život-ního prostředí.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the risk assessment of transport of compressed gases in cyl-inders. The thesis contains basic laws and concepts related to the transport of these gases in cylinders, the principles of their safe transport and the principles that every carrier or any person handling these cylinders should know. The risk assessment focused on the transport of compressed gases in cylinders is solved using the KARS methods and the semi-quantitative PNH method. With the use of carto-graphic visualization of the transport of compressed gases in pressure cylinders, there is a proposal for the reduction of selected risks and elimination of causes of danger to persons, critical infrastructure and the envi-ronment.
