Cílem práce je zmapovat a definovat jednu z hraničních oblastí umění nových médií, tvorbu na pomezí gastronomie, umění a nových médií. The goal is to map and define one of the border areas of new media art creation on the edge of gastronomy, art and new media. First, we focus on the history and development of this relationship since the second half of the twentieth century to the present.
