Comparasion of financial leasing with credit

Abstract:

The main target of our bachelor thesis “Comparison of financial leasing with credit” is to analyze and search possibilities of using leasing or credit to finance potential firm interests. We have chosen the structure of thesis to reach the target. The first chapter contains theoretical knowledge and it is the base for next part – analytical one. In the second chapter we have focused on comparison different models of financing personal automobile and real property throughout the leasing and bank credit. Last chapter offers proposals and recommendations based on conclusion from analysis. We have chosen six different criteria of evaluation the advantageousness of different types of financing. The criteria are following: total overpaying of purchase price on the subject, initial costs, variability of financing, availability to the potential client, additional services, usage of the subject during the financing.

Abstract:

Cieľom bakalárskej práce Porovnanie finančného leasingu s úverom je analyzovať a skúmať možnosti financovania úverom alebo leasingom. Pre dosiahnutie tohto cieľa bola zvolená štruktúra práce pozostávajúca z teoretickej časti tvoriacej východisko pre druhú, analytickú časť. V analytickej časti sú rozvrhnuté modely financovania osobného automobilu a nehnuteľnosti pomocou leasingu a úveru, z ktorých sú odvodené výsledky v záverečnej časti návrhov a odporúčaní. V už spomínanej tretej časti sú zahrnuté výsledky práce pozostávajúce z návrhov a odporúčaní voľby pre podnik najvhodnejšieho modelu financovania podľa 6 kritérií , ktorými sú celkové preplatenie kúpnej / obstarávacej ceny predmetu financovania, počiatočné náklady spojené s predmetom financovania, variabilita financovania, dostupnosť financovania potenciálnym klientom, doplnkové služby, disponovanie s financovaným predmetom.
