Bakalářská práce se zabývá trestně právními důsledky kuplířství jako trestné činnosti spojené s provozováním prostituce, v historických souvislostech, a popisuje současnou právní úpravu a metody objasňování a vyšetřování této mravnostní trestné činnosti.
