Předložená disertační práce se zabývá problematikou trestní odpovědnosti soudního exekutora (včetně vykonavatele exekutora), a to pouze v souvislosti s výkonem exekuční činnosti. Abstract:
The thesis deals with criminal liability of distrainer (and distraining enforcers) during distress proceedings. It concerns with actual problems as well as abuse of dominant status of distrainer. The thesis also analyses disciplinary liability of distrainer that is the first stage of his criminal liability and summarizes real cases.
