Optimization of production process planning

Abstract:

Předmětem této bakalářské práce je optimalizace výrobního procesu ve vybrané firmě. Cílem je minimalizace nákladovosti a zvýšení efektivity výrobního procesu. Tyto procesy jsou navzájem provázány, proto jsou zde popsána také ostatní odvětví, která s tím souvisí (štíhlá výroba, řízení lidských zdrojů apod.) V prvních třech oddílech je popsána historie a obecná forma plánování s využitím různých metod. Ve čtvrté části jsou zobrazeny metody, které přispívají ke zlepšení procesů a souvisí jak s výrobní tak plánovací činností. Poslední část práce je zaměřena na samotný proces, kde jsou využity zkušenosti z praxe s cílem vylepšit jednotlivé činnosti, nebo je nahradit jinými.

Abstract:

The subject of this bachelor thesis is the optimization of the production process in the selected company. The target is to minimize the costs and to increase the production process effectiveness. These processes are interconnected therefore other related sectors are described here (lean production, human resources management etc.) as well. In the first three sections the history and the general form of planning are described using various methods. In the fourth section, methods are presented that contribute to the processes improvements and are related to both production and planning activities. The last section of the thesis is focused on the process itself where the practice experience is used with the aim to improve individual activities or to replace them by other ones.
