Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá budoucností týmového koučování. Teoretická část se nejprve věnuje obecnému pojmu koučink a poté konkrétně vysvětluje týmový koučink, dále zjišťuje přínosy pro kouče, koučovaného. Praktická část se zabývá využíváním týmového koučinku v praxi na základě osobních dotazníků. The bachelor's thesis of this work focuses on the future of team coaching. The theoretical part consists of the general perception of coaching and then specifically explains the team coaching; determines the benefits for coaches and trainees.
