Abstract:
Téma bakalářské práce je Věcná práva k věci cizí v římském právu a současná právní realita. Cílem mé práce je popsat jednotlivá věcná práva k věcem cizím, a to nejprve v římskoprávním pojetí a posléze v dnešní právní realitě.
Abstract:
The bachelor’s thesis deals with the topic Iura in re aliena in Roman Law in ancient Rome and our legal reality. The aim of my bachelor’s thesis is descibe individual iura in re aliena in Roman Law and our legal reality.
