Fraud Management in Companies
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je věnována podvodům v podnikové praxi, jejich historii, předvídání, prevenci, odhalování, vyšetřování a trestání. Východiskem je porozumění trojúhelníku podvodu, který identifikuje příležitosti, motivaci a odůvodnění podvodu. Je zdůrazněn význam řízení rizik a prevence podvodů a dopady podvodné činnosti na firmu a celou společnost.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis is focused on frauds in companies, their history, foreseeing, prevention, detection, investigation and punishment. It is based on understanding of fraud triangle which identifies opportunities, motivation and rationalization by fraudsters. Emphasis is put on risk management, fraud prevention and impact of fraud activities on company and society.
