This bachelor thesis deals with reflexive verbs in English and Czech. The topic of reflexivity is described separately for each language and later compared. The theoretical part introduces reflexive verbs and their placement within grammar. Then the focus is on the most common classifications and their individual categories. Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá zvratnými slovesy v angličtině a češtině. Téma "zvratnosti" je nejprve popsáno zvlášť z pohledu českého a anglického jazyka a poté porovnáno. Teoretická část se zabývá představením a zařazením zvratných sloves do kontextu gramatiky. Dále se soustředí na nejběžnější klasifikace a jejich jednotlivé kategorie.
