Abstract:

Předmětem diplomové práce „Případová studie zavádění Just in time“ je určit základní předpoklady pro zavedení metody Kanban ve výrobě převodovek, a to na příkladu dvou procesů. Cílem práce je analyzovat tento proces zavádění, ověřit splnění předpokladů pro tento model a následně determinovat optimální počet kanbanových karet pro tyto dva procesy. První část práce se zaobírá teoretickými předpoklady celé filosofie JIT, jednotlivými prvky JIT a uvádí je do vzájemných souvislostí. V druhé části je představen podnik Hyundai Motor Manufacturing Czech, jsou verifikovány podmínky pro zavedení Kanban a je určen vhodný počet kanbanových karet, který bude zaveden v podniku v rámci zkušebního provozu.

Abstract:

Aim of this diploma thesis „Case study of implementing Just in Time“ is to set basic assumptions for implementing Kanban method in gearbox assembling, on two examples of processes. In this case, object is to analyze this process of implementing, validate fulfilling requirements for this model and later determinate optimal number of Kanban cards in those two processes. First part of paper is concerning theoretical assumptions of whole JIT philosophy, also each its’ elements and brings them into context. In the second part, there is introduced Hyundai Motor Manufacturing Czech Company, there are validated conditions for Kanban implementing and there is set appropriate number of Kanban cards, which will be introduced in company while testing operation.
