Abstract:

V dnešní době se stále více firem přiklání k možnostem převedení rizika na třetí subjekt, především banky, k factoringu nebo forfaitingu. Podnik sice nedostane pohledávku v plné výši, ale pro většinu firem je jistou měrou tato forma přínosnější než opakované urgence. Práce je zaměřena na řízení pohledávek a v praktické části také na zjištění, jakým způsobem konkrétní podnik řídí pohledávky a zda existuje jiná možnost, jak zefektivnit celkovou správu pohledávek a zmírnit případnou ztrátu společnosti.

Abstract:

Nowadays, more and more companies tend to transfer risk to third parties, especially banks, to factoring or forfaiting. Although the company does not receive a full claim, for most companies this form is more beneficial than repeated urgency. The thesis is focused on management of receivables and in practical part also to find out how a particular company manages receivables and whether there is another way to get the overall management of receivables more effective and reduce the loss of the company.
