Bakalářská práce je rozdělena do několika kapitol, mezi nimiž nechybí ani zásady pracovního práva. Čtvrtou, klíčovou kapitolou je skončení pracovního poměru. Začátek této kapitoly je rozdělen do tří skupin - rozvázání, skončení a zánik pracovního poměru - a poté jsou jednotlivé způsoby podrobně vysvětleny. The bachelor work is divided into several chapters, where rules of working law are to be found. The fourth key chapter is termination of employment process. The beginning of this chapter is divided into three parts, where the termination is the main topic. Different ways of the termination are described and explained.
