Optimalizace průřezu spojovacích kanálků pro přetokové jamky s ohledem na vybrané parametry technologie lití kovů pod tlakem

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce zkoumá návrh a optimalizaci spojovacích kanálů dutiny formy pro tlakové lití a přetokových jamek. Výzkumem je pozorování změn plnění odlitků a porozity, které ovlivňují kvalitu a jakost odlitku. Práce se zaměřuje na obecnou terminologii tlakového lití a licích zásad, tlakové licí stroje, tlakové licí formy a návrhu některých důležitých parametrů. Obsahem je návrh zlepšení spojovacích kanálů, pro stanovený referenční model, simulace referenčního modelu odlitku a navrženým modelem. Uvažujeme zvýšení plochy průřezu spojovacích kanálů formou přidání kanálů s přetokovými jamkami a rozložení s ohledem na konstrukční řešení odlitku, vtokové soustavy a tlakové licí formy. Výsledky simulací referenčního modelu a navrhovaného modelu jsou porovnány na základě vybraných parametrů, určujících kvalitu odlitku, zejména porozity odlitku a dále vyhodnocení tlaků, teplot a plnění v měřících bodech.

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis investigates the design and optimization of injection mold cavity connection channels and overflow wells. The research is the observation of changes in the filling of castings and porosity, which affect the quality and quality of the casting. The thesis focuses on the general terminology of die casting and casting principles, die casting machines, die casting molds and the design of some important parameters. The content is a proposal for the improvement of the connecting channels, for the specified reference model, simulation of the reference model of the casting and the designed model. We are considering increasing the cross-sectional area of the connecting channels in the form of adding channels with overflow wells and layout with regard to the structural solution of the casting, inlet system and pressure casting mould. The results of the simulations of the reference model and the proposed model are compared based on selected parameters determining the quality of the casting, especially the porosity of the casting and further evaluation of pressures, temperatures and filling at the measuring points.
