Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá statistickými metodami využívanými v analýze přežití. V první kapitole jsou shrnuty základní pojmy spojené s analýzou přežití, zejména cenzorování, funkce přežití a riziková funkce. Další kapitola se zabývá odhady funkce přežití, konkrétně je zde zmíněn Kaplan-Meierův odhad a odhad pro pojistnou matematiku. Následující kapitola je věnována konstrukci odhadů rizikové funkce. This thesis deals with statistical methods which are used in survival analysis. First chapter summarizes the basic concepts associated with the survival analysis, e.g. censoring, survival function and hazard function.
