Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá mimořádnými událostmi (nehodami) na železnici. Postihuje vývoj od roku 1945 až do současnosti na území současné České republiky se zaměřením na Československé dráhy, posléze České dráhy, státní organizaci (České dráhy, akciovou společnost) a Správu železniční dopravní cesty, státní organizaci. Charakterizuje a analyzuje oblast mimořádných událostí z pohledu evropské legislativy, národní legislativy a vnitřních předpisů Správy železniční dopravní cesty, státní organizace. Uvádí návrhy vedoucí k možné úpravě klasifikace některých druhů mimořádných událostí.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with incidents (with accidents) on the railway. It concerns the development since the year 1945 to the present on the territory of the contemporary Czech Republic with the aim of the Czechoslovak Railways, later the Czech Railways, state organization (the Czech Railways, PLC) and at the Railway Infrastructure Administration, state organization. It characterizes nad analyses the section of incidents from the point of view of the European legislation, the national legislation and the internal regulations of the Railway Infrastructure Administration, state organization. It presents the proposals leading to a possible adjustment of the classification of some kinds of incidents.
