Bakalářská práce v úvodních kapitolách stručně seznamuje čtenáře s osobností malíře, ilustrátora a tvůrce obrázkových knih a komiksů Pavla Čecha. In its introductory chapters, the bachelor thesis briefly introduces the painter, illustrator and creator of picture books and comics Pavel Čech. Further chapters explain the terms picture book and comic book and point out the overlap between various definitions of comics and the characteristics of picture books.
