Abstract:

Tato teoreticko-empirická bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou vstupu začínajícího učitele do profesního života, zejména pak pohledem zkušených pedagogů na tyto začínající kolegy. Teoretická část práce je věnována osobnostním a profesním požadavkům na pedagogy. Poukazuje rovněž na možné problémy spojené s nástupem do učitelské profese. Empirická část práce se zabývá zejména analýzou a vyhodnocením dat získaných kvalitativním výzkumem metodou hloubkových rozhovorů se zkušenými pedagogy. Tyto rozhovory jsou pohledem na práci začínajícího učitele očima zkušeného kolegy. Empirická část se cíleně zaměřuje na učitele předmětu český jazyk a literatura.

Abstract:

This theoretical-empirical bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of the entry of a beginner teacher into the professional life, particularly with the view of experienced teachers on these beginner colleagues. The theoretical part of the thesis is devoted to personality and professional requirements for teachers. It also points to the possible issues associated with entering the teaching profession. The empirical part of the thesis deals mainly with the analysis and evaluation of data obtained by qualitative research using the method of in-depth interviews with experienced teachers. These interviews serve as an insight on the work of beginner teachers through the eyes of an experienced colleague. The empirical part focuses on teachers of Czech language and literature.
