Abstract:
Práce je věnována problematice 3D rekonstrukce snímků výpočetní tomografie. Byla provedena rešerše vybraných způsobů měření a zpracování bioelektricjých signálů a zjišťování uspořádání tkáně. Byl proveden rozbor používaných metod 3D rekonstrukce snímků. Získané poznatky byly využity k tvorbě programu v prostředí MATLAB pro načtení snímků, vytvoření a úpravě 3D modelu.Abstract:
The work is devoted to the problems of 3D reconstruction of computed tomography images. The analysis of selected methods of measuring and processing bioelectrical signals and determining the arrangement of tissue has been done.
