Anesthesical care management for patient under general anesthesia

Anotácia:

Diplomová práce se zabývá managementem anesteziologické péče u pacientů při celkové anestezii. V teoretické části je úvod do celkové anestezie, možnost jejího provedení a komplikace. Informovaný souhlas, edukace pacienta a práva pacientů jsou uvedena v další kapitole. V poslední kapitole teoretické části jsou uvedeny obavy pacienta z celkové anestezie a komunikace mezi ním a anesteziologickým týmem na operačním sále. V empirické části jsou popsány výsledky dotazníkového šetření, které bylo zaměřeno na pacienty po celkové anestezii.

Abstract:

The main theme of the thesis is management of anesthesiology care for patients under general anesthesia. The theoretical part is an introduction to general anesthesia, options of its implementation and possible complications. Informed consent, patient's rights and education are listed in the next chapter. In the last chapter of the theoretical part are presented the patient's concerns with the general anesthesia and the communication among him and the anesthesiologist team in the operating room. The empirical part describes the results of a survey focused on patients after general anesthesia.
