Predmetom diplomovej práce "Strategická analýza stavebného podniku" je zhodnotenie stavu konkrétneho podniku na základe vonkajšej analýzy okolia, ako aj vnútornej analýzy podnikových faktorov. Prvá časť práce je venovaná zhrnutiu už známych, pre prácu relevantných teoretických pojmov a metód strategickej analýzy, ktoré sú v praktickej časti aplikované na konkrétny podnik.
