Abstract:
Diplomovu práci jsem rozdělila do dvou základních částí. První část je teoreticko-metodologická a druhá část praktická. V teoretické části se věnuji základům logistiky, zejména pak logistickému řetězci, který je spjat s automobilovým průmyslem. V praktické části se věnuji předsériové logistice ve firmě ŠKODA AUTO a.s., zejména analýze zvláštního skladu 29, který spadá pod předsériovou logistiku. Na …more

Thesis consist of two parts. The first part investigates theoretical aspects of logistics focused mainly on logistic chains in the automotive industry. The second, practical part, analysis Pre-series Logistics at Skoda Auto a.s., especially its specific warehouse number 29.
