Abstract:

V návaznosti na poptávku manažerů, investorů a dalších stakeholderů na finanční situaci zpracovatelských podniků natrhu v ČR je práce orientovaná na problematiku finančního zdraví podniků ve zpracovatelském průmyslu v období 2018–2021 působící v České republice. Literární rešerše vymezuje finanční zdraví podniku, definuje náležitosti týkající se finanční analýzy a zmiňuje již aplikované finanční analýzy. Metodika práce specifikuje použité postupy poměrových ukazatelů a metod komplexního šetření podniků. Výsledky aplikovaných poměrových ukazatelů, modelů a analýz jsou interpretovány a komparovány.Konečné hodnoty poměrových ukazatelů poukazují na vyšší zadluženost vybrané skupiny podniků, kdy jednoznačně cizí zdroje převyšují hodnotu vlastního kapitálu. Du Pontova analýza rentability vlastního kapitálů vyhodnotila kladný vliv finanční páky, kdy nejvyšší výnosnost z vlastního kapitálu u skupiny podniků byla v roce 2018, a naopak nejnižší výnosnost byla pak v roce 2020. Index 05 a Springateův model definují rok 2018 rokem, kdy vlivem nedostačující poptávky na trhu byla skupina podniků zpracovatelského průmyslu řazena k bankrotním podnikům. I přes působení makroekonomických vlivů se v následujících letech 2019–2021 podniky nacházely v bonitním postavení dle všech metod komplexního hodnocení podniku. Spider analýza porovnává průměrné hodnoty podniků s odvětvím v roce 2021, kdy hodnoty podniků byly obdobné s hodnotami odvětví. Východiskem pro zlepšení výsledků podniků ve zpracovatelském průmyslu je větší soustředěnost na ukazatele ROS, ROE, míru zadluženosti, obrátku zásob a obrátku aktiv.

Abstract:

Following the demand of managers, investors and other stakeholders on the financial situation of manufacturing companies in the Czech market, the paper is focused on the issue of financial health of companies in the manufacturing industry in the period 2018-2021 operating in the Czech Republic. The literature search defines the financial health of the enterprise, defines the requisites related to financial analysis and mentions the already applied financial analysis.The methodology of the work specifies the applied procedures of ratio indicators and methods of comprehensive investigation of enterprises. The results of applied ratios, models and analyses are interpreted and compared. The final values of the ratio indicators point to a higher indebtedness of the selected group of enterprises, when clearly foreign resources exceed the value of equity capital. Du Pont's ROE analysis evaluated the positive effect of financial leverage, where the highest return on equity for the group of enterprises was in 2018, and on the contrary, the lowest return was then in 2020. The 05 index and the Springate model define 2018 as the year when, due to insufficient market demand, the group of manufacturing enterprises was classified as bankrupt enterprises. Despite the impact of macroeconomic influences, in the following years 2019-2021 the enterprises were in a creditworthy position according to all methods of comprehensive enterprise assessment. The spider analysis compares the average values of the enterprises with the industry in 2021, when the values of the enterprises were similar to those of the industry. The starting point for improving the performance of enterprises in the manufacturing industry is a greater focus on ROS, ROE, debt ratio, inventory turnover and asset turnover.
