Změna pracovního prostředí a její vnímání pracovníky

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá změnou pracovního prostředí a vnímáním této změny pracovníky telekomunikační společnosti před a po rekonstrukci prostor. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny jednotlivé pojmy a dílčí podmínky pracovních prostor. Cílem této práce je zjištění, na které faktory má změna vliv. V rámci kvalitativního šetření pomocí dotazování vybraných zaměstnanců byl posouzen vliv změny na pracovníky a jejich spokojenost. Dále byl realizován rozhovor s architektem, který měl projekt na starost. Díky jeho poznatkům a výsledkům z dodatečného dotazníkového šetření byl vyvozen závěr a doporučení. Pracovníci vnímají jako důležité aspekty zvukové podmínky pracoviště, jejich spokojenost se také odvíjí od vybavení pracoviště a od funkčnosti zavedených systémů. Moderní zařízení a designové řešení přispívá jejich kreativitě, inspiraci a nabízí možnost odpočinku. Barevné řešení pomáhá primárně orientaci a plní estetickou funkci. Změna pracovního prostředí způsobila zvýšení spokojenosti u poloviny respondentů, rostoucí efekt byl při zprůměrování všech odpovědí silnější než pokles spokojenosti.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with the change of the working environment and the perception of this change by the employees of the telecommunications company before and after the reconstruction of the premises. The theoretical part explains the individual concepts and partial conditions of workspaces. This work aims to determine which factors change. As part of a qualitative survey, the impact of the change on employees and their satisfaction was assessed by interviewing selected employees. There was also an interview with the architect who oversaw the project. Thanks to his findings and results from an additional questionnaire survey, a conclusion and recommendations were drawn. Workers perceive the sound conditions of the workplace as important aspects; their satisfaction also depends on the equipment of the workplace and the functionality of the implemented systems. Modern equipment and design solutions contribute to their creativity, inspiration, and relaxation. The color solution primarily helps orientation and fulfills an aesthetic function. The change in the working environment caused an increase in satisfaction of half of the respondents, the growing effect was stronger when averaging all answers than the decrease in satisfaction.
