Business Plan for Establishing of a Small Enterprise and its Evaluation

Abstract:

Cílem mé bakalářské práce je zpracování podnikatelského záměru na založení malého podniku a jeho vyhodnocení. Tato práce může posloužit jako návod na založení malého podniku. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část je zaměřena na vymezení základní náležitosti podnikatelského plánu, SWOT analýzu, která popisuje silné stránky, slabé stránky, příležitosti a hrozby. Porterovu analýzu pěti sil, která popisuje dodavatele, kupující, konkurence a substituty. Poslední je finanční plán, který obsahuje rozvahu, výkaz zisku a ztrát, cash flow, dobu návratnosti a rentabilitu tržeb. Praktická část obsahuje zpracovaný podnikatelský plán na založení malé podniku a jeho vyhodnocení, v oblasti chovatelských krmiv a potřeb. Práce je ukončena závěry a doporučeními, které mohou do budoucna přispět k založení a rozvoji malého podniku.

Abstract:

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to create a business plan for establishing of a small enterprise and its evaluation. This work can serve as a guide to establishing a small enterprise. The work is divided into a theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part focuses on the definition of basic requisites of a business plan, SWOT analysis which describes the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. Porter's analysis five forces which describes the suppliers, buyers, competitors, and substitutes. The last is the financial plan which includes a balance sheet, profit and loss statement, cash flow, payback period and returns on sales. The practical part includes developed the business plan for the establishment of the small enterprise and its evaluation in the field of breeding animal feeds and supplies. The work closes with the final summary and recommendations, which should contribute future to an establishment and to a further development of the small enterprise.
