Abstract:

Veronika Cenedese. Analýza předpokladů území pro rozvoj cestovního ruchu ve vybrané lokalitě. Bakalářská práce. Vysoká škola hotelová v Praze 8, spol.s r.o. Vedoucí práce Ing. Pavel Attl, Ph.D.. Praha, 2016 (82 stran). Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na analýzu předpokladů cestovního ruchu v oblasti Kraslicko. Je provedena analýza jednotlivých lokalizačních, realizačních a selektivních předpokladů cestovního ruchu. V první části práce jsou uvedeny definice cestovního ruchu, typologie cestovního ruchu, předpokladů cestovního ruchu a jejich členění, definice marketingu cestovního ruchu a destinace turismu. Druhá část je zaměřena na charakteristiku oblasti Kraslicko a její historii. Pomocí funkčně-chorologického členění jsou zkoumány předpoklady pro cestovní ruch v této oblasti a je vysvětlena marketingová komunikace Kraslicka. Dále jsou zkoumány výsledky dotazníkového šetření a jejich význam pro Kraslicko. Ve třetí části jsou uvedeny návrhy a doporučení pro lepší využití předpokladů cestovního ruchu. V závěru je práce shrnuta a je zde uvedeno, zda se potvrdila hypotézy a podařilo-li se splnit stanovené cíle.

Veronika Cenedese. Analysis of Territory Assumptions for Tourism Development in the Selected Area. Bachelor´s dissertation. The Institute of Hospitality Management in Prague 8, Ltd. Thesis advisor Ing. Pavel Attl, Ph.D.. Prague, 2016 (82 pages). The bachelor´s dissertation is focused on the analysis of prerequisites for tourism development in Kraslicko. It´s performed the analysis of localization, implementation and selective prerequisites for tourism. The first part contains the definitions of tourism, types of tourism, prerequisites for tourism and their classification, definition of marketing communication and tourism destination. The second part is focused on the characterization of the Kraslicko area and its history. There are using functional-chorological division, explored prerequisites for tourism in this area and it is explained marketing communications of the Kraslicko area. Further is the examination of the results of the questionnaire survey and their relevance to Kraslicko area. In the third section are provided suggestions and recommendations for better use of prerequisites for tourism development. In conclusion, the work is summarized and specifies whether to confirm the hypotheses and managed if the targets has been filled.
