The Lifestyle of Seniors in Otrokovice

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se věnuje životnímu stylu seniorů v lokalitě města Otrokovice, přiblíží, jak naši senioři žijí a čím se zabývají ve volném čase. Samozřejmě bude nutné rozlišit, zda jsou somaticky, psychicky i fyzicky zdraví. Jak vnímají oni samotní otázku životního stylu, zdravé stravování, sport, různé druhy zájmových činností. Teoretická část obsahuje 3 kapi-toly, které obecně popisují základní pojmosloví, jako je stáří a stárnutí. Druhá kapitola se věnuje obecně životnímu stylu. Ve třetí kapitole se zabýváme životním stylem seniorů v Otrokovicích. Na teoretickou část bakalářské práce navazuje část empirická, která je tvořena kvantitativ-ním výzkumem. Dotazníkové šetření na téma zdravého životního stylu a aktivního stáří. Dále obsahuje zpracování dat a vyhodnocení výzkumu. Na základě analýzy dat další dopo-ručení pro praxi.

Abstract:

This Bachelor thesis focuses on the life style of seniors in Otrokovice, how they live and what they do in their free time. Of course, it's necessary to discern whether they are somati-cally, physically and mentally healthy and how they perceive the questions of healthy life style, eating, sport and other freetime activities. The theoretical part is composed of 3 chapters which generally explain basic terminology such as aging and old age. Second chapter is focused on lifestyle in general while the third chapter takes a look at the lifestyle of seniors in Otrokovice. The empirical part consists of quantitative research. That includes questionnaire on the theme of healthy lifestyle and active old age. It conducts an analysis of this data and offers a recommendation to apply in practice.
