Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou optimalizace výrobního procesu bazénu ve společnosti TSH Plast. Jejím cílem je s pomocí Lean Six Sigma přístupů dosáhnout navýšení kapacity procesu a zvýšit tak uspokojení poptávky. The aim of the master thesis is to optimize the production process of the pool in the company TSH Plast. Main purpose of the thesis is to increase the capacity of the process and increase the satisfaction of demand with the help of Lean Six Sigma approaches.
